How it all began
The foundation for the hospitality business was laid in childhood itself. Choudhary says that his foray in the hospitality industry began in his seventh grade when he started working part-time at a restaurant in the evenings to support his family. Working as a waiter for three years at an establishment which specialised in Italian and Indian cuisine, Choudhary honed his interpersonal skills and garnered praise for his exceptional ability to serve the guests. His passion led him to secure a coveted position at the Taj Craft Centre as a Management Trainee. The mentorship and training that he received during this tenure played an instrumental role in refining and shaping him into the deft and accomplished hospitality professional that he is today.
Past is present
