NEW DELHI: In recognition of his commitment to national development, Uttar Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak emerged as the top performer in the recent (March 4 to 10) Viksit Bharat Ambassador of the Week standings.

Expressing gratitude on social media, Pathak attributed his success to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who initiated the Viksit Bharat Ambassador programme aimed at fostering India’s progress.

Call to youth

Last year in December, PM Modi had urged citizens to embrace the role of Viksit Bharat Ambassadors, emphasising the significance of amplifying the message of development. The Viksit Bharat Ambassador initiative underscores the Government’s commitment to mobilise citizens for nation-building endeavours.

Furthermore, the BJP has embarked on a mission to expand its reach through the NaMo app, with a targeted recruitment of 20 million youth. These recruits, armed with insights into the Modi Government’s development agenda, are tasked with disseminating the message at grassroots levels.
