NEW DELHI: Vijay Shekhar Sharma chief of Paytm said his company is building and improving its Artifical Intelligence (AI) system to help counter frauds and help financial institutes. He expressed these views in the fintech firm’s annual report for 2022-23.
In his letter to the shareholders, Sharma spoke that Paytm pioneered mobile payments in India and led mass adoption with innovations like QR codes and soundbox.
“We at Paytm are now focusing on building our AI system to counter digital thefts and frauds. Soon we will be launching them in the market,” he added,
