NEW DELHI: Ola founder and CEO, Bhavish Aggarwal, announced that his company will migrate its entire workload from Microsot’s Azure to its own cloud service, Krutrim, by the next week. This move is a part of a broader critique against Western tech practices, particularly the imposition of what he terms as ‘work’ ideologies that conflict with Indian cultural values.
Bhavish crtiticised Microsoft-owned professional networkLinkedIn, alleging that the platform deleted his post without notifying him. Taking to social media platform X, Aggarwal said that his firm will move its entire workload out of Azure to our own @Krutrim cloud within the next week.
