Team Blitz India
The Know India Programme fosters a stronger connection between Indian diaspora youth and their roots. With the primary objective of augmenting understanding about India, this three-week ‘knowledge tourism’ initiative offers a comprehensive immersion into various facets of India’s growth and development.
Since its inception, 73 successful editions of the programme have been conducted, witnessing the participation of 2,411 PIO youths. The comprehensive content of the programme encompasses a diverse range of activities. These include:-
Presentations on India’s polity, economy, history, and culture
Explorations of historical and cultural landmarks
Cultural events showcasing classical forms of music and dance, providing a glimpse into India’s artistic traditions.
Visits to institutions of traditional knowledge systems like yoga and Ayurveda
Exposure to India’s dynamic media and broadcasting industry, offering insights into its vibrant media landscape
Visits to leading scientific and research institutions, showcasing India’s prowess in innovation and technology
Immersion programmes at prestigious universities, colleges, and institutes,
Visits to industrial sites and public / private firms
Exposure to flagship Government schemes like Skill India, Digital India, Aatmanirbhar Bharat, and StartUp India.
