Rakesh Dwivedi is a Senior Advocate in the Supreme Court of India, and an expert in civil and constitutional matters. He has more than 30 years of experience. He practiced as a lawyer for 20 years at the Allahabad High Court before moving to the Supreme Court. Dwivedi has also been the Additional Advocate General of Uttar Pradesh, and has appeared for several states, and high authorities like the RBI and the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
