Angaraj Mohan is an officer of Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS), 1986 batch. It is a Group ‘A’ Central Civil Service cadre of the Government of India. The officers are recruited by UPSC through a civil services examination. The officers of this service are responsible for managing the human resources of the Indian Railways and welfare of Railway employees and their families. Railways has a work force of about 1.4 million employees.
