Dr Laxmikant Tripathi

In this area of scientific modernisation where DNA analysis is used extensively to examine and verify physical aspects of human body; the same results can also be achievement through the art of Palmistry.By examining tongue, nails, pulse and other body parts, various diseases can be diagnosed; then why not use palm lines and mounds to proactively monitor your own health?

Palm is a god created horoscope and it is the visible part of our mind.Human thinking, education, values, abilities and illness can be assessed through hand reading. Through palm reading we can learn comprehensively about our health and future diseases.

For example, if the lifeline is not complete in the palm of a person’s hand or lifeline final part has cross, island or has a network of thin lines; it means that the person is careless about diet habits- non timely eating routine, acting against natural climate such as taking cold bath when down with cold, eating rice ice cream, yoghurt; eating cauliflower, peas, kidney beans while suffering from joint pains.

Painful diseases and accidents decrease the lifespan of that person. Such people require direction, motivation and special guidance in young age which can be provided by parents with the help of a qualified palmistry expert.

In the same way, if the headline in the palm is broken or several hair- thin lines are going downward. and there is an island- shape below middle finger of headline; then individual will suffer from headache, insomnia, anxiety and have a tendency to be depressed.Later in life, such person develops habit of deceit and drug addiction.

Secret to keep such individual healthy is through ethical education, yoga, meditation, deep sleep and Ayurveda medicines. Similarly, in the palm, if the heart line is broken or there is a cross or have island like shape or network of lines, then such person is emotionally vulnerable. That individual is uncontrolled in terms of expression of emotions in friendship, loverelation. They are willing to take or give life for their love.

They require control guidance and discipline from their elders;otherwise they have increased interest in adultery or extramarital relationship in their mind. There is a triangle of stress, anxiety and dreams which entangles them so much that they may sacrifice money, career and health in life, they can suffer from heart illness and have a tendency for criminal activities.

From the very onset of life, selfrestraint, religion, celibacy, discipline should be taught to lead a blissful life. If lifeline is faulty, then individual can suffer from abdominal disease; if top line is faulty then he can suffer from psychiatric disability and if heartline is corrupted then cardiovascular and heart- related diseases can be troublesome. If a person has appropriate sign in the palm, then with a strong determination and able guidance of the master, future problems can be overcome and he can lead a happy life.

It is because of these reasons that our Vedas and scriptures advise us to see our palm in the morning to monitor our health and progress.
